Weekly sessions

JGEC Kindergarten Readiness Camp is a fun and engaging program designed to help young children build the social, emotional, and academic skills needed for a smooth transition into kindergarten. Through hands-on activities, early literacy and math lessons, creative play, and social interaction, students will develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. With a mix of structured learning and play, students will receive exposure to the school environment ensuring that they are excited and prepared for their first school experience!

Students who attend multiple weeks will be able to build on what they've learned and as they've mastered kindergarten readiness will be able to join the youngest of the older campers for some sessions and activities taking their preparation to the next level!

June 29 - July 2, 2026

Celebrate summer with a mix of red, white, and blue spirit and hands-on technology activities! 

We will spend time this week celebrating America, learning some American history, and diving into the world of tech. 

Campers will enjoy patriotic-themed crafts, team challenges, and festive games while also exploring fun tech projects that spark creativity and problem-solving skills. From simple coding activities to interactive building challenges, this theme blends tradition and innovation for an exciting, well-rounded week of camp fun.

July 6- 10, 2026

Get ready to experiment, discover, and explore! 

Campers will dive into exciting hands-on science activities and conduct fun, age-appropriate experiments that bring scientific concepts to life. From chemistry reactions and physics challenges to nature exploration and STEM-based investigations, this interactive lab experience encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning in a fun and engaging way.

July 13- 17, 2026 

Ready, set, play! 

Mini Olympians will build teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence through a variety of high-energy games and sports activities. Campers will rotate through skill-building stations, group challenges, and friendly competitions designed for all ability levels. This action-packed week promotes healthy habits, cooperation, and plenty of movement while making lasting memories with friends.

July 20-24, 2026

Innovation starts here! 

Campers will design, build, test, and improve their own creations through hands-on STEM challenges that encourage critical thinking and creativity. From constructing towers and bridges to exploring simple machines and engineering concepts, campers will learn how to turn ideas into reality. This theme is perfect for young problem-solvers who love to tinker, create, and explore how things work.

Aug 3-7th, 2026

 Campers will explore various forms of art, including painting, drawing, crafting, and imaginative design projects. Through hands-on activities and creative play, children will express themselves, build confidence, and bring their big ideas to life. This camp celebrates originality, storytelling, and artistic exploration in a fun, supportive environment where every creation is one-of-a-kind.
